The pitch and thread on these is often the similar (or the same) as many other plates on the market, but it's best to keep to your specific plate model just to be sure.
Sold as an individual piece, it's rare to lose these or break them - more commonly replaced if the hex (5mm) starts getting a bit 'rounded'.
