The less-grippy urethane allows for you to land at an imperfect angle and 'slide' into position rather than sticking in place.
Importantly you also find the wheels don't get caught up on ledges and ramps when doing grinds and slides.
Park-specific wheels aren't great on rough surfaces, though - make sure you've got a softer wheel like the to get to the skate park!
Sold in 4packs, most skates use 8 wheels. This allows you to mix and match colours and durometers for the perfect setup.
When ordering new wheels, don't forget to install a fresh set of bearings for the smoothest upgrade imaginable.
