The Bont Avenger Hardcore wheel is a GAME CHANGER.
The Avenger Hardcore is the first mass-produced aluminium hub inline speed wheel on the market. Bont chose aluminium as the hub material after extensive testing proved it offered more rebound than plastic or nylon hubs. Extra rebound = extra life/speed
The Avenger Hardcore inline speed skating wheel is produced by MPC for Bont, on Bont's own hub and this combination has recorded the highest ever rebound score of any wheel MPC has ever produced.
To ensure the hub is not too stiff Bont choose curved spokes and used CAD-CAM software to perfect the weight and rebound of their hub. A mechanical lock is used to ensure the urethane can never be dislodged from the hub. The Avenger has a full 24mm wheel width.
The bearing bore is machined before and after anodising to ensure a perfect fit.
The urethane is poured by MPC and it uses their patented high rebound flex band.

NOTE: Aluminium hub wheels are more precise than plastic hub wheels so you will need to use a 10.2mm bearing spacers like Bont's gold 608 inline spacers between the bearings. If you use the regular 10.35mm spacers, it will still work but you may hear some noise when skating.
A bearing press is a good idea for inserting and removing bearings from aluminium wheels.
