The Vaypor is made with Bont's amazing Durolite material, the base is 3k plain weave carbon fibre composite base. The carbon is sourced exclusively from the world’s #1 carbon manufacturer, Toray in Japan. In the front, air vents, which are built into the TPU protective bumper, pump air into the boot.

This boot is available in a few different versions including Zipper Toebox, Zipper No Toebox, and Boa options.

Book in to have a mould of your feet using the Bont Casting Box. Once they've been made, we let the plaster cure until it's completely dry and then forward them off to the factory. Bont them make your boots CUSTOM MADE to the exact size and shape of your feet.

Once submitted to Bont, this process usually takes 12-15 weeks for boots to be created.
