If you need to ship something back to Bayside, contact the shop for a Returns Form.
Once it's sent back and checked over, we can contact you for a redelivery fee. That could be $19 for rollerblades within Victoria, more for Express Post, less for smaller items.
Ultimately, we want you to have skates that you love. So try them out at home, follow the fit guide to check the size, and let us know if they're not snug!
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
